Shipping Policy

Totus is dedicated to providing the safest and fastest shipping in order to make your experience enjoyable and care free.

Shipping time:

All our orders are shipped within 7 working days from the order date. They are then shipped via courier service and will be delivered to your destination in 1 to 3 days for the European Union and in 3 to 5 working days for the rest of the world. 

Shipping costs:

We offer free worldwide shipping  for order over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros there is a standard shipping fee of 45 euros for the European Union and 55 euros for the rest of the world. 

 

Shipping service:

All our orders are shipped via courier service which will deliver your order to your doorstep in only a few working days. As soon as your order is on it's way you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

​Each piece will be safely packaged with the same care with which it was created. Recycled packaging materials might be used in order to give some love to our planet too.

Should you wish special gift wrapping feel free to contact us and we will be happy to make that happen.

Return and Refund Policy

In case you change your mind about your purchase please get in touch with us within 3 days from receiving our product in order to arrange a return.

Unfortunately we cannot cover return shipping costs therefore those will be at your own expense.

Returned items must be shipped back and received by us in the same condition they were originally shipped.

 

We are not liable for any damaged incurred during the return shipping therefore please make sure the product is safely repacked and we recommend shipping insurance as the items are fragile. We offer full refunds only for products returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the product in perfect condition and it's original packaging we will issue a full refund to the same billing account which was used for purchasing. Depending on the billing service it might take a few days for the refund to reach your account.

 

Damaged Goods Policy

Should you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping please get in touch with us within 3 days from receiving the product. We will subsequently arrange a return and exchange.

 

All the pieces are hand built therefore each piece will be unique and may slightly differ from the listed photo. However should the product you ordered present any major differences please get in touch so we can assist you.
